Kaushi is a postdoctoral associate in the Department of Veterinary Population Medicine. Upon completion of her training as a veterinarian in Sri Lanka, she moved to the U.S. to continue higher education and research. Her research is focused on infectious disease epidemiology with a concentration in geographical analysis.
